Christmas product photography for a national stores Advent Calendar.

I love shooting Christmas Product Photography. It gives me that Christmas feeling even though Christmas is still months away.

I’ve photographed this project every October for the last 6 years. So I know what to expect.

The online Advent Calendar goes out to thousands of staff every year. Each day leading up to Christmas they have the chance of winning a bundle of super prizes.

The Christmas product photography always takes place at head office in a large conference room. The prizes are separated out across numerous tables. My job is to gather them up and shoot each set in my Lightbox.

The photography usually takes about 3 hours. The finished images are then supplied on a white background ready to be uploaded to the website.
